 High Quality Air Filter

This type of  metal filter is assembled with pre-efficiency non-woven fabric , metal frame and mesh.

It is widely used on central air conditioners, generally filtering dust particles with diameter more than 5um.

Producing process:

Feeding--etching1 ---etching 2-- recycle water washing→urban water washing→bolt up→check→soak→spraying stripping -- recycle water washing→urban water washing→bolt up→hot air drying→ discharge

Character: precision double etching, smooth surface on both edges, no embossment, no convex-concave, no burnisher burr , no warping, no ,   any complicated pattern or geometric figure is available. Compared to perforated metal, it does not need polishing, and moreover, it’s very easy to change design and takes shorter producing time. It can produce what perforated metal machine can not produce.
